Membership terms

Memberships renew monthly on the day you joined. Cancel with 30 days' notice at the front desk or by email to billing@bendergym.com.

Freezes are available for up to three months a year for $8 a month.

Members must be 16 or older. Members under 18 need a parent or guardian's signature.
